This template is used to display an information box containing details about a map format. See BNK Format (Ad Lib) for example use.
Valid parameters and examples are:

Note: MIDI is usually not an instrument type - the instrument is either OPL (if the MIDI song is played on an OPL synth) or PCM (in the case of a SoundFont or similar.) |

| Names = Yes, 12 chars | Does the format store a name for each instrument? | Yes or no, if yes specify maximum name length (not including any terminating NULL characters) |

Default values are shown if the parameter is omitted, so do not use any parameters unless the value is known (most of the defaults say "unknown")
