The Vorticon king.
The Vorticon King is the king of Vorticons. He lives in Vorticon VI and can be seen in the ending sequence of Keen 3. He grants Keen the Big V medal, despite the fact that he has slaughtered a large number of his subjects. It is believed the Vorticon King was enslaved with the rest of his race and used as a puppet monarch, but this is not proven for sure.
