Hey, can you change the sprite sounds links on all the sprite pages, since you deleted the redirect most of them used? There are rather too many for me now, about 30 or so pages to be done. (The redirect was the linked page until the spelling error was noticed.) --Levellass 11:57, 26 March 2011 (GMT)

My bad, I forgot to check whether it was linked directly from anywhere. It seems Illidan5 fixed the rest? --Shadow Master 16:07, 26 March 2011 (GMT)
I hope I fixed the rest. – Illidan5 16:49, 26 March 2011 (GMT)

Hi Shadow Master - I just noticed you changing links from something like [[Vorticon]]s to [[Vorticon|Vorticons]] - the first syntax is actually better, as it appears exactly the same in the article but with shorter wikicode. -- Malvineous 11:56, 27 January 2007 (EST)

Okay, in that case I'll change them back to the shorter syntax. -- Shadow Master 10:11 PM, 26 January 2007 (GMT-03:00)
Thanks - I'm still going through doing that to my original edits, as I didn't realise you could do it like that at first... -- Malvineous 12:01, 27 January 2007 (EST)

Admin user

SM- who is "Admin"?--Xterra1 23:06, 10 July 2007 (GMT)

"Admin" is the generic administrator account, created along with the wiki. It was only used to grant admin access to my account, and it is no longer used. -- Malvineous 02:58, 11 July 2007 (GMT)

Greetings from Chile!

Hey there, just wanted to say I'm surprised to see someone else from Chile... I'm chilean too, and I haven't met many people from Chile in international forums and such... So, nice to meet you! Sega381 23:52, 9 July 2007 (GMT)

Wow, the world seems to be smaller than I thought :P. It's strange anyways, as I didn't get to meet Keen till I was 9 years old, in an old computer at school. --Shadow Master 12:53, 10 July 2007 (GMT)

I want to try modding

Hey,SM,Xterra here. Do you know where a good Keen 1 sprite editor is? I want to make some modifications to Keen 1's tileset, mainly the Raygun's purple bolt.Sincerely,Xterra1 19:46, 5 March 2008 (GMT)

Good timing there. I had not checked the wiki until today. OK, there is no sprite editor for Keen 1. All you can do is use ModKeen to extract the sprites/tilesets to Windows Bitmaps, and edit them later with a tool such as MSPaint or The GIMP (which I use). --Shadow Master 14:51, 6 March 2008 (GMT)
OK. I use a VERY old version of Paint Shop Pro. Could that do?--Xterra1 18:21, 6 March 2008 (GMT)
It ought to. The only way is to try, isn't it? --KeenRush 14:37, 7 March 2008 (GMT)
Simply put, any program which can edit Windows Bitmap files can be used for editing sprites and tilesets, as long as you used ModKeen to extract them. When finished editing, just tell ModKeen to reimport them into the game. ModKeen is shipped with a README file that should explain anything you need to know. --Shadow Master 15:24, 7 March 2008 (GMT)
