The Sky Sanctum is the final level of Atroxian Realm, a Keen 4 mod by Gridlock.
After meeting with Elder Caraanae-Augustrus Krislen in The Great Ziggurat, Commander Keen is flown to an ancient stone temple sitting atop a rock mesa. This hallowed building is known as the Sky Sanctum, a religious temple built by the Krile many centuries ago. Once this building was a beautiful golden palace, but it is now blackened and corrupted by the power of the Realm Reactor which was constructed on top of the temple by the evil robot Atroxus in order to bring the realm of Atroxians to Planet Krisle.
The Elder had mentioned to Keen that a few Krile delegates were sent to the Sanctum to establish contact with Atroxus, but they did not return. Upon entering the temple, Keen learns the horrible truth about these poor souls, they were possessed by the robots and now mindlessly patrol the halls along with Magmines, Atroxians, Atroxites and a few corrupted Krile Sentries.
Reaching the top of the temple will be incredibly dangerous, but if Keen can do it, he will come face to face with Atroxus and battle for the fate of Planet Krisle!
