Keen collecting some Raindrops
Raindrops are drops of water found in the planet Gnosticus IV. The water on that planet has life-giving properties, earning it the nickname Lifewater.
Collecting one hundred drops of this liquid results in an extra life. A faster (although less readily available alternative) is to collect a Lifewater Flask, which contains the equivalent of 100 drops and results in an extra life immediately.
Strangely enough the pools of water on Gnosticus IV (such as those found underneath Lifewater Oasis, or in Three-Tooth Lake) seem to be deadly to Commander Keen. Perhaps the water is only beneficial in small quantities, or perhaps like Earth's seawater, it needs to have salt or some other contaminant removed before it is safe for consumption.
