Pyramids of Shadowlands

There are four ancient pyramids in Shadowlands. They are built into a forest of leafy palm-like trees and located quite near each other. One of the pyramids, the Pyramid of the Forbidden, is a secret level and can't be accessed by walking normally. You do have to use a Foot, though.

The purpose and the builders of the pyramids remains a mystery. The name of one of the pyramids, the Pyramid of the Gnosticene Ancients, suggests that there was an ancient Gnosticene civilization that built the pyramids.

Pyramid of the Moons

Symbol: A waning crescent moon

In the Pyramid of the Moons there is an easter egg, Mooning Keen. This pyramid also contains a secret that can take Keen to Pyramid of the Forbidden.

Pyramid of Shadows

Symbol: The Sun, half of it in shadow

Pyramid of the Gnosticene Ancients

Symbol: An eye

The home of the Treasure Eaters, and the only place in Shadowlands they can be seen in.

Pyramid of the Forbidden

Symbol: A palm of a hand

A hidden pyramid, only accessible through a secret in the Pyramid of the Moons. Considerably harder than the other pyramids. Even a sign at the beginning of the level tells Keen to "watch out".
