Molly McMire.

Molly is Mortimer's older sister and also Keen's baby-sitter. She has an important part in the plot of Keen 6, and she is introduced for the first time in that game. Merciless as he is, Mortimer had ordered the Bloogs to take her hostage and Keen has to save her (and she probably would have gotten eaten at some point if Keen had not come along.)

Spoiler warning: Plot and/or ending details follow.
It seems to be another plot of Mortimer's, to slow down Keen so he could not figure out what was going on sooner, and thus give Mortimer more time to work on his plans. Not until Keen saves Molly does he hear that Mortimer is still alive and is now going to destroy the entire Universe instead of merely the Galaxy — it seems Keen had forgotten to read the letter he found on the Omegamatic!
