Keen: Next is a Windows-based level editor that is similar in features to TED5 for the Galaxy engine and is in development by z-1. Version 0.99 was released on January 2007.

As well as being a level editor, it was also an incomplete fangame. Downloads of the demo and the sourcecode, plus information, can be found here.
