An Inchworm in Keen 4.

The Inchworm is a small harmless yellow worm that lives in the Shadowlands. They seem to like following other creatures around; at least they try to follow Keen when he is nearby.

Inchworms have an important part in the game. In the level Pyramid of the Moons you can collect 12 inchworms by moving slowly enough for them to follow you. Once all the 12 are on your feet, "12 inches makes a foot", they will transform into a giant Foot. If you touch the foot it will finish the level and then transport you to the secret level.
