The Foot is a large, flying statue of a foot, found in the Shadowlands of Gnosticus IV.

It is a very powerful relic, said to lead anyone who finds it to and from the mysterious Pyramid of the Forbidden. It is said that a special collection of creatures is needed to summon the foot from the mysterious plane it resides in. The Foot may be the only surviving piece of a greater, unknown statue.

Spoiler warning: Plot and/or ending details follow.
In the Pyramid of the Moons Keen can collect 12 inchworms together at the bottom of the level, which will then summon the foot. He can ride the foot and visit the Pyramid of the Forbidden. This is what Princess Lindsey meant by her mysterious comment "The way to the Pyramid of the Forbidden lies under the Pyramid of Moons." (Although the level is actually called the Pyramid of the Moons). The Foot appears again at the end of the Pyramid of the Forbidden, and takes Keen back to the main area of the Shadowlands.

Appearance in Shadowlands Episode Two

In Episode Two of Ilsoap's animated series Shadowlands (entitled War Is Afoot), the foot appears as a weapon used by the Slug army against the Lick army.
