A scared Council Page.
Council Pages are some kind of Gnosticene servants to the guardians of the Oracle, the Council Members. It is not completely clear what their job is, but it is probably to do small tasks the guardians cannot bother to do. Only one council page is ever seen in Keen 4, but it is likely there are more of them as the story says "a Council Page".
It is not known whether the Council Pages will one day be guardians or not, or are they or will they be immortal like the guardians. The one that explains Keen what has happened had either been hiding or at least was not otherwise harmed when the Shikadi took the guardians.
The one Keen talked to called him Captain Keen and it irritated Keen a lot.
