Blue Bird

The Blue Birds (unofficial name) are a race of eagle-like creatures found on Gnosticus IV.

Blue Birds are not social, living alone in cold and harsh places. The only locations they can be seen in the Shadowlands are the Chasm of Chills and Crystalus. They will attack almost anything smaller than they and are known to be incredibly difficult to injure, most weapons only being able to slow them down for a short period. They can be stunned only momentarily.

Blue Birds are notable for laying eggs almost as large as an adult bird, which eventually hatch as fully grown adults. They leave their eggs abandoned in dark or enclosed places for the hatched chicks to feed off of the many creatures that dwell there, such as Wormouths and Poison Slugs
