The Bleech Larva is a creature in the Keen 4 mod The Terror from Outer Space by Dr. Colossus. This is probably the most common Bleech Type on Phaelox. They can harm Keen with their tentacles.

These brain-like monsters try to capture Keen with their dangerous tentacles.
